Authenticity

“Don’t let the expectations and opinions of other people affect your decisions. It’s your life, not theirs. Do what matters most to you; do what makes you feel alive and happy. Don’t let the expectations and ideas of others limit who you are. If you let others tell you who you are, you are living their reality — not yours. There is more to life than pleasing people. There is much more to life than following others’ prescribed path. There is so much more to life than what you experience right now. You need to decide who you are for yourself. Become a whole being. Adventure.”

I have referred in previous posts to the book “The Good Millionaire – How To Make A Lot Of Money by Helping A Lot Of People” (by T. Harv Eker). One of my goals is not to necessarily be a millionaire, but to help people in the process of doing so. By that I mean having the money to donate to what I consider to be worthy causes, but also to do the kind of work that helps other people get to where they want to be. T. Harv Eker has a system based on eight action points, which I am going to share with you here.

  1. Choose supportive beliefs.
  2. Understand you get paid for solving a problem.
  3. Decide what problem you will solve.
  4. Articulate the problem clearly.
  5. Solve the problem differently than anybody else.
  6. Systemize the process so it can be done without you.
  7. Duplicate the system.
  8. Take action in spite of fear.

Action Steps To A More Evolved Life

“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time—past and future—the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.”  ~ Eckhart Tolle, “The Power of Now”

I am constantly amazed at the resoures that come my way. Logically, I know that I draw to me what I am thinking about, what I am focused on. But to have resources come to me, in so many differnt ways – to me, it is just short of a miracle.

One of the things that I am concerned about with a vegetarian diet is where I am going to get enough protein. My sister, Becky Lundin, shared a link with me that really opened things up. I want to share that link with you:
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/protein-for-vegans-vegetarians#section16 . Some of these sources I knew about, some I did not. I have some new ideas to play with now when planning meals! (Go tofu!)

I am also borderline high with my glucose level – which I never have been! Cutting down on sugar from obvious sources is one way to help control my glucose, but I also found another very interesting way – eating kiwi fruit! Here are a couple of links that may help:

We also need to watch our financial health. I have followed Internet guru T. Harv Eker (author of “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”) for many years now. Several years ago my sister and I attended one of his weekend seminars, facilitated by the incredible Adam Markel. I loved T. Harv’s work ethic, and his mindset. He recently came out with a free book entitled “The Good Millionaire”, where he talks about making money (a lot of money!) while helping people. You can get your copy of the book here:
